RETURNS

Please see below for more information on our return policy. For items products that are damaged during shipping, please return the item to us and we will repair or replace it once we get it back. All accepted returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. We do NOT provide refunds for custom orders. Photos for Custom Orders must be sent within 12 months of your purchase date. If for some reason you are not able to take the required photos of your animal, it may be possible to exchange your purchase for a different custom animal or in some instances, you may qualify for a credit that can be used for other items in our online shop.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email info@minimuleys.com. After receiving approval, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided and mail your return to address provided by our customer service.Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
